OUT NOW: MARK Harmony's New Album “Nuclear-Free World"

Springdale, Arkansas — We are excited to announce that MARK Harmony’s highly anticipated new album, “Nuclear Free World,” is now available on all major streaming platforms! This powerful album pays tribute to the resilience of the Marshallese people and calls for justice and environmental awareness.

As the proud record label behind this significant project, the Marshallese Educational Initiative extends heartfelt gratitude to the talented artists: Matthew John, Arsi Lokot, Raygon Jacklick, and Kairo Langrus. Special recognition goes to their dedicated manager, Marcina Langrine, who has been instrumental in helping guide the project and keeping everything on track.

“Nuclear Free World” has been in development since November 2024, and was completed just in time for the June 30 Solidarity Concert. This concert marked 80 years since Operation Crossroads, the first of 67 U.S. nuclear tests conducted in the Marshall Islands.

We also want to recognize the artist, Marino Morris, who created the stunning album cover art. The cover features the band standing on the Runit Dome alongside the haunting image of the Castle Bravo mushroom cloud, serving as a stark reminder of the paradise that was once nuclear-free.

This album is more than just music; it is a reminder of the lasting impacts of nuclear testing. Nearly 70 years after the last nuclear blast, the people of the Marshall Islands continue to face challenges related to contamination, displacement, and health issues. “Nuclear Free World” is dedicated to the Marshallese people, frontline communities, activists, and everyone who fights to preserve our planet and its inhabitants.
