Constitution, or Jemenei Day is a national holiday held in the Marshall Islands on May 1st and is celebrated among Marshallese communities across the United States over Memorial Day weekend to recognize the independence of the Marshall Islands and celebrate Marshallese culture and traditions.

When:  May 25th - May 29th 

Where:  Springdale, AR

 

Event:  Festival - 12 PM - 10 PM

Where:  Jones Center Park - information booths, food, and crafts

When:  Friday, May 26th, 12:00 PM, Parade at 5:30, Jemenei Day Opening Ceremony with special guests and performances at 6 PM - 7:30 PM

Event:  Softball, basketball, and volleyball tournaments

Basketball - Sat. 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM, Sun. after 1 PM as necessary

Mon. Final Four and Championship Game, tbd

Volleyball - Har-Ber HS gym, tbd

Softball - Tyson Fields, Sat. 9:00 AM - ?, Mon. Final Four and Championship games, tbd
