Support the Marshallese Educational Initiative During a Critical Time

MEI is facing one of the most challenging moments in our 12-year history. Due to unexpected reductions in federal grant funding—more than a 70% decrease—our ability to sustain essential programs and retain the dedicated staff who serve our Marshallese community is at risk. Yet the need for our work has never been greater!

Every day, MEI staff help Marshallese families navigate education, healthcare access, social services, and community resources. We support women and youth through culturally grounded programs, provide critical language assistance, preserve Marshallese history, and continue our advocacy on the nuclear legacy and climate justice.

Your support for our end-of-year giving season—will help us:

•Keep staff in place who assist hundreds of Marshallese community members each year.

•Sustain youth cultural and creative arts programs that build identity, confidence, and community engagement.

•Maintain language access, education, and outreach services that remain urgently needed across Arkansas and beyond.

How You Can Help?

•Make a one-time or recurring donation
